What is the drill management software?
Drill management software is a tool that helps organizations plan, schedule, and report drills across multiple facilities. It allows you to efficiently manage your drills and ensure compliance with regulations.
If I upgrade to a subscription, do my credits from Pay As You Go rollover?
Yes. Any existing credits will be combined with the 15 credits you receive with the subscription plan, and additional credits can be purchased at a discounted rate through subscription benefits.
What law requires EHS drills to be performed?
40 CFR 68.96, Emergency Response Exercises, requires regular testing exercises that are fulfilled by the Drills App.
How often should I schedule drills?
We recommend scheduling drills once per month.
What is included in the reporting package following a completed drill?
The reporting package lists the date, time, and location of the drills, as well as the material released, amount released, and the date and time of when the report was made. Additional information can be included upon request. The reporting package is also sent to the proper regulatory authorities.
Is there 24/7 support available for any issues I encounter?
Yes, you can contact Spill Center for any assistance or support needed in planning and executing drills.
What are the differences between the Core subscription and the Enterprise subscription?
The Enterprise subscription allows for customized use of everything included in the Core subscription. For example, businesses looking to incorporate the drills technology into their existing platform would seek an Enterprise subscription.
Do credits expire?
No, credits remain in the account until they are used.
Where can I see my invoices and payment history?
Invoice history can be accessed under “Billing” when viewing the Drills Dashboard. Clicking on “Manage Payment and View Invoices” will bring you to your payment information via Stripe. Here, you can see your current subscription, the payment method on file, billing information, and invoice history.
